- SLStephanie Ledezma4 days ago5.0I came here as an emergency for my black lab on May 14. He was showing signs of hot spots. I was so nervous and scared because I’ve never seen my dog look so down and just overall irritated. I walked in and asked if there’s any chance they would be able to see him. A super sweet assistant said they’ll go ask the doctor to see if they can because they’re booked out (which I totally understand). When she came back and said they can see him, I felt a sense of relief. The check in process was effortless. After his check up with Dr. Rivas, she came to us and confirmed it was hot spots. We asked her a million and one questions and she had an answer for every one. They went over the quote and sent us home that same day with medication. The whole staff was super super friendly and patient (my dog can be a handful but they were seriously the best). I was very nervous but their approach definitely calmed my nerves. 10/10 recommend for your furry friends.
