  Avoid this place like the plague! The staff is absolutely atrocious. One of their employees told me that they don’t care they don’t make enough money so I didn’t get help in the fish department. Whenever you have to ask for help they all seem like it’s a huge burden even though it’s their job. What a shame

  My item was ready for pickup as promised. However I really don't like the website interface, I ordered for pick up to be sure it was there, since reptile supply selection is limited. The Petco website is extremely frustrating for example if I filter for cat food it will still show dog food,filter for items available for pick up today it will still display the unavailable, says something is out of stock but then find it in the store. I like being able to walk in read pet food ingredients and get supplies same day. I think with Petco's higher prices and limited store selection and frustrating online experience, I shop chewy or Amazon much more often even though I may have to wait a few days.

  I wanted to give no stars to this place, because the groomer was so rude. I would be scared for my dogs safety leaving them at this particular Petco grooming.

  Low or no stock on my favorite dog food and treats. Only big bags of some items. As we were OUT of our kibble I was forced to buy the 11 pound bag, a lot for my little dog. Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
