  I have been a customer of Noah’s Ark for about two years now. I have a 17lb small poodle mix. Last August, he was diagnosed with arthritis. I have been having Mike groom my angel for the last two years, off and on. Mike has always done a great job and he was always advised about the arthritic issues after my baby was diagnosed with it the year of 2025. I was never given Teddy back with any issues prior to his arthritis or after it. He has been fully booked the last few times we tried to get an appointment with him. June 27, 2026 ~8:50A, I had dropped Teddy off to Carrie for the second time. Carrie did an amazing job with my baby the first time she became his groomer. She was aware of his skin issues and sensitivity to razor burns. She let me know his nails were a bit too long and where his quicks were. During our second visit with her, I again told her about his arthritis, and that he needs to be supported with two hands where his chest and lower body are supported. I came to get home close to noon. He was already on his leash and excited to come to me. As he was approaching, I did hear him wince once. I thought maybe the metal part on his collar had nicked him, but it wasn’t that. I didn’t think much of it and carried him into my car and into my house. I went upstairs, and he was reluctant to climb up the stairs. He just looked up at me for a few seconds then made his way slowly up. I left for work, and my sister, not even a few hours later, told me she went to pick up my boy and he was shaking and peed all down her body. He was wincing in pain from any touch on his lower body. I called Noah’s Ark at 4:44P, and they said that he had no problems in the appt, and they did not have to lift his legs or feet too high to groom him, which is normal. They said he wasn’t kenneled for too long either. I do not have footage to whatever happened between the hours of 9A-12P. They, however, do. The facts are that my baby has arthritis in his lower back area, but it has not caused him issues since August of 2025. I know I dropped my baby off to Noah’s Ark about 8:50a, and that he was walking fine. They’ll have footage of that. I know he winced when I came to get him at about 12P, July 27, 2026. I know he was having some reluctance and pain shortly after he came home. These are the facts. He will be going to the vet for an examination, and probably thousands of dollars down for whatever happened. My baby is incontinent, in pain, and not himself. Do with those facts what you will.

  my dog kept getting nicked at his last groomer so i figured i would try noah’s ark after hearing good reviews. but his haircuts are always very inconsistent. they do not keep notes on his previous cuts. the place is very unorganized and the staff are rude. i had called them yesterday to confirm the appointment time because they don’t send appointment reminders, and arrived at the time the lady told me over the phone. then when i dropped him off today, we were told he was an hour late and were spoken to rudely by staff. and to top it off the guy who cut him today cut the top of his head uneven. disappointed and won’t be going back :(

  Super wonderful staff with passion for animals. Don't come in for a walk in grooming on Mondays. They make my dogs nails sparkle lol

  This is a fantastic family owned and operated salon That has been in the same location, with the same ownership, since the early 90's! They have lovingly taken care of each of my dogs and my cat throughout the years. I absolutely love this shop, as does my pit/lab mix! My girl always leaves feeling jazzed and happy, and she always smells so nice and has the softest fur after her bath! I have trusted Noah's Ark with my fur babies for many years, they took careful care of my late senior, arthritic, three legged chihuahua/terrier mix (he loved the massages that he would get in the bath), and my current pup gets excited when we pull into the parking lot for her pampering session. Even my late cat appeared to enjoy her haircuts and baths here (she often acted extra spunky and playful after returning home)! The staff is kind, caring, patient, and obviously passionate about the animals that they work with. I highly recommend Noah's Ark!
