  Firstly, I truly think that this is an administrative issue, I've had great experiences with the vet and other vet technicians. I could always tell how loved my cat was under their care. However, I'm so frustrated about what happened today. My cat came in with an eye irritation and I asked if they could trim him nails. The vet examined his eye and determined its an infection all the procedures of course I have no problem paying. They were not able to trim all his nails and they've tried several times in the past, and only were able to do one paw. They were able to do two this time. I was never charged before now because the procedure was not completed which is what I'm assuming I'm paying for. I talked to many people trying to communicate in several different ways I'm not willing to pay for an incomplete procedure. They suggested coming another time to finish which would not be a charge but medication would be needed- so yes there would be a charge. I come to pick him up and somehow there was a "mistake" and I was charged for the unfinished nail trim and all was said was oh I'm not sure how that happened. Which I thought was very suspicious and added to my distrust... When I had asked for a cancellation they said sorry we can't do anything about it. They supposedly called two different managers but I could not speak to them myself so I'm wondering if they were even called at all. Finally they gave me the number to their billing department so that I can call and try to fix a problem they made. I repeated myself and said I'm not willing to leave unless this issue is resolved, I'm really glad I did because I may have never gotten in contact with any of the managers. Finally they got on the phone with billing and refunded my money. So this whole time they could refund my money but they chose not to and lied to me about it. I want to iterate that it's not about the money, it is about them charging me wrongly and not taking accountability or apologizing in any way. I'm very disappointed by the way I was treated, I have 5 cats and I planned to bring them all for veterinary care but now I'm not so sure.

  I love the care and the customer service we receive with our Bear and Honey. We love Banfield Pet Hospital for always very compensate and caring for our dogs.

  Bagel had dental surgery on Wednesday and he immediately felt better. I was a little anxious but he was very well taken care of and he’s healing well. The doctor and staff were very helpful and kind.
