  Friendly service and had what I needed. Also have grooming and medical services I think. Only reason they didn't get 5stars is it was a little messy in there, but it looked like they were stocking and cleaning.

  Booked several weeks in advance for grooming. When I arrive they say they need a vet’s note from my vet because my dog is a senior and it’s a risk for them. I call my vet and they say they’ve never had a groomer request a note before. After lots of unclear communication they say the concern is the blowdrying kennel they use after the bath. They aren’t able to give my vet an estimate of how long she’ll be in there and my vet says they don’t have enough info to clear that. I say we can skip that drying step and then they say actually just the risk is grooming in general, even though she’s regularly professionally groomed and also bathed at home. She was groomed at another Petco last month. For a senior, she’s actually extremely mobile although she has some arthritis. It just became a power struggle with the employees. They should give advance notice if they need a note or they don’t plan to groom your dog. Terrible service and problem solving. Petco also contributes to animal mills and I don’t plan to shop here anymore. My vet said it’s a red flag indicating they’ve probably caused some injury to other pets in the past and are trying to cover themselves.

  Love this store. Except - they rearranged everything AGAIN, and seem to do it often. Can't shop as quickly as looking for what I want. Otherwise, wonderful staff.

  So I just got a new kitten went for some supplies. They had a great variety of kitten food and steff was very helpful in that department. But when I went to look for a kitten collar the hooks were empty they might have had 5 to chose from and not to many toys either. But over all it was a big store with lots of stuff. So I'll give it a 3 out of 5 just because they didn't have want I wanted but that doesn't mean that they won't have what you need.
