- KYKaren YoungJun 30, 20262.0When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to wait about 30 minutes. My groomer, who knew he had a 2:15 appointment, had just left for lunch. How UNPROFESSIONAL can one be? He knew he had an appointment right away, but he decided to go to lunch instead. In other words, he chose to make a client wait 30 minutes while he ate. Unacceptable, to say the least. I will never be back, to say the least. I explained to the gal, who wasn’t a groomer I don’t think, that I had gotten text after text after text reminding me of the appointment time. I honored that commitment; shouldn’t the groomer have done the same? Instead, he chose to be dishonorable. I am also going to tell my friends who are dog owners to never go to this location. This will be told online on rating websites. I gave this two-star rating, because Jo honored my request to do the grooming immediately. However, he missed some places. Bad, bad, bad. Unbelievably bad.

Bathe and haircut and everything included. Gatsbys fur was so soft and the cut was even, cant say enough good things about Jo and the Petco grooming in El Cajon. Even the receptionist who greeted us was so nice and friendly.

I paid the package for my dog to get his nails ears teeth and his booty cleaned and none of that was done. I’m very displeased with This and he will not be coming back.

- JJJustin JordanMay 31, 20261.0Been here multiple times and have always had bad exercises. The staff always tries to refuse service for something. It's always you didn't have proof of this vax or this we can't take them because they were just treated for this certain thing. You have to jump through so many hoops to just get them to do their jobs. And on top of that when you go to check out, they have to print you a receipt and you have to go to the main Petco to wait in line to pay instead of just paying them directly.
