I once gave this petco a five star review, but I went in today with my friend for something and I got to say the cashier Priscilla was very rude to me and my friend. I asked my friend and apparently she has acted this way in the past to him. Honestly shocked she is still employed by petco. I will be taking my business elsewhere just because of her.

I went to purchase dog food and it was in stock and also bought a few clearance toys and it was great as I was able to use my $40 coupon on all my items. I was a little frustrated with the cashier and I do understand up-selling but I was asked 3 times at checkout to sign up for autoship. I declined multiple times as I know what it is and have used it before and I was still asked 2 more times. Other than that everything was good and all employees I encountered were courteous and helpful even the cashier.

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With the Grooming Service I honestly don’t understand how Petco can justify charging nearly $80 for what was done to my dog. I brought my dog in expecting a full grooming, and what I got was basically a partial trim. The groomer only trimmed his back legs and some of the fur on his back. That was it. His grooming was nowhere near complete. If the groomer was unable or unwilling to complete the service, I should have been told before I was charged nearly $80. Charging that much for a few minutes of trimming is absolutely ridiculous. I have no problem paying for a professional grooming service when the service is actually provided. But paying nearly $80 for my dog to come home looking like only part of him was groomed is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of money, and I will definitely think twice before trusting Petco with my dog again. Customers should not have to pay full-grooming prices for a partial trim. Petco needs to do better and take responsibility when the service provided does not match what the customer paid for.
