I took my cat there because he had an injury on his leg and couldn't walk, and I could tell he was in immense pain. They couldn't tell what was wrong with him, even after X-rays. After $600 They said just take him home and if it gets worse, bring him back. Well, after 2 weeks, he started limping again, and I noticed a large growth on his leg. I looked at the X-rays and noticed that they DID NOT xray that part of his leg where the growth was forming. I took him back and showed them that they were negligent in their examination, and NOT ONE of the staff would apologize, let alone admit they did anything wrong. The doctor who examined my cat originally was not there, and everyone just kept making excuses for him, saying that he just didn't x-ray that part of his leg because he didn't think it was necessary. What?? My cat has never fully recovered. He can't even jump up on the bed easily. I can't say whether it would've been different if the injury had been found in the original examination, but it may have helped to treat him sooner. They were all so unapologetic and indifferent. And to top it off, when I brought him back, they charged me for the second set of X-rays that had to be done because the first ones that I paid for were botched inproperly done. Another $250!! I will never go here again,

I brought my foster kitten Nutter Butter here on a Sunday morning after he got some nasty conjunctivitis Saturday. The poor little guy was very uncomfortable, and I am so grateful Echo Park Veterinary Hospital was able to accept us as walk-ins. We waited for a little over an hour, and the time passed quickly thanks to all the other lovely pet guardians in the lobby. Treatment was thorough, efficient, and reasonably priced. I even walked out with flea meds for NB and his two siblings at home. Thank you for all you do for our sweet critters!

First time today after changing vet and the visit with my cat who has an infected eye was great ! Doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, willing to explain medication also the ones I already have at home and we left happy to have found our new vet ! Thank you ! They weren’t secretive about costs and procedures and price was totally acceptable! Sheeba says thank you !

Booked an appointment the day before over the phone and showed up the next morning to no one there and no one answering the phone. There were other people showing up for their appointments and they didn’t notify anyone they weren’t open. Apparently it was a staffing issue but to not alert anyone, after confirming the day before, is extremely unprofessional.
