- SVS VSep 14, 20265.0The reception staff, the nurse, and especially the veterinarian were all kind. I visited as a walk-in on a Sunday. I appreciated that they didn't pressure me into getting unnecessary tests. Also, I had suspected an intestinal obstruction, but it turned out to be the ingestion of a chemical substance. My pet hadn't been able to eat anything and was just vomiting for three days, but recovered after the visit to the clinic. I spent nearly $900 on X-rays, blood tests, and medication. It was expensive, but I know other places charge similar rates.

We came in needing urgent care for our 16.5-year-old dog, and not only were we seen and treated the same day, but the entire team showed genuine care for our boy throughout. Holly Polk was thorough, patient, and kind — she has this great balance of being matter-of-fact while staying calm and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Since then, we’ve had to come back a couple of times for a persistent ear infection, and every time the staff has been accommodating about getting us in quickly. Dr. Przekop saw us on one of these return visits and was great as well. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly and communicative. Overall, we’ve had a wonderful experience with the care our dog has received here, and we’re grateful to have found them.
