  I am beyond grateful to this Banfield location for saving my Frenchie! After 5 days of constant vomiting, diarrhea, and not eating, I was terrified for my baby—and incredibly stressed about a massive ER bill I couldn't afford, especially here in the city. I called early Saturday morning, and the receptionist was so sweet, telling me to bring my baby in ASAP. Dr. McVey acted promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and sent us home with meds. It’s only been a couple of hours since we got back, and my baby is already eating again after a week of being completely lethargic! You guys truly saved my baby! I am so happy I signed up for the wellness plan—it saved me so much money and made this affordable. Huge shout-out to the amazing receptionist and the wonderful Dr. McVey! I will be bringing all of my fur babies here from now on. ❤️ Thank you for saving my baby!

  I was out of the area and needed medical attention for my dog Keeper. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the Banfield Team. Not once in a 3 week period but twice for two different needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Team!!

  My dog is on the second year of his wellness plan for Banfield and it’s really been working well for us both. It’s really nice to be able to bring him in for an appointment for routine and for unexpected things without worrying about the walk in fee. He’s had the teeth cleaning twice now and they’ve done a beautiful job both times with smooth recovery and clear pre and post procedure instructions. All staff encountered so far have been professional, friendly, and more than competent. He’s had a couple of emergencies that Banfield handled really well, communicated clearly with me each step of the way along with expectations, options, and pricing. They also have followed up within 36 hours of appointments to check in and make sure he’s doing OK. Appointments and availability are great and flexible and work with my schedule. Probably will be a Banfield dog for the rest of his little life!

  Recently, I had the opportunity to use Banfield Hospital conveniently located inside the PetSmart on Gellert Blvd. Daley City. To start off, I was greeted warmly and confirmed for my appointment. As the first time visitor, I had a lot of questions which were answered in full and respectfully by Rony. He also very kindly assured me of all procedures, and Alex the Vet tech was warm, animated and informative. Fabulous folks at this location. The transition from waiting room into examination room was smooth and orderly for my rescue dog. Definitely consider this location as your next option.
