Vetco clinic is a scam. They promised I would get prescription for flea meds after the visit via email and never received it. But I sure to get an update payment information email for my total care plan if I have my card locked! SMDH!! Go elsewhere!!

Normally I would give Vetco 5 stars. Always on time, friendly staff and reasonable prices. On the 9th of February 2026 nobody at the check in desk. The gentleman before me said, the lady just suddenly stormed out....We waited and waited, since we have to check in 10 min before the appointment. Finally a young man showed up, somewhat bewildered that nobody was at the desk. He went to look for the employee it seems. A joung lady finally came from outside, no explanation, no sorry's, and when I asked her if she was ok, she just blow me off. That whole behavior is just bad, bad cusomer service. Maybe management can have a talk with her and teach her commensens manners. Thank you.

Wasted my time got there showed them the coupon they sent to my email they responded with its only good for the hospital why would you send me a coupon if I said I was coming in for vaccine the prices were ridiculous found a vet for $33 always search around don't believe in the ratings all the time go by how they service is to you I wish I could give them a big fat 0 for wasting my time
