  Always have a great experience and the staff is always helpful. Salena is super helpful and provided her assistance with enrolling me into the Petco membership for my dog.

  One cashier, no other employees seen. Trouble at one of the registers so had to move to another register. Prices are ridiculously high. Do have a large selection to choose from though.

  It's too bad I have to give this store one star, because it was such a negative experience that it deserves a negative star to accompany this negative review. I arrived ready to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of supplies, only to find there are no carts. I asked a manager to get me one, and boy did that piss her off. She emptied a cart for me by throwing its contents on the floor, then turning her heel and storming away. Since there are so many places I can buy pet products, I certainly don't have to come here and be treated in such a manner. At the register she continued with her attitude, and offering no apology. Her retort was " what do you want me to do carry a 30 lb bag of food on my back" and " I got you a cart, didn't I?" She would not recognize that her over the top rudeness was the issue, not the weight of the bag or what she did with it. There are so many places to purchase pet food. Certainly I'll to somewhere else next time.

  Customer service was amazing ! Went out of their way to assure they had the product I needed and it was waiting for me ready for pick up at cashiers Thank you
