  STOP exploiting DoorDash drivers with these insulting orders, Just Food For Dogs! Today I got hit with another terrible one: $29 guaranteed for a DOUBLE order (2 orders, 4 items), 30.4 miles one way — that’s over 61 miles round trip. That’s less than 50 cents per mile before gas, vehicle wear and tear, and my time. In Orange County traffic this easily takes 1.5 to 2 hours. After expenses I’m basically working for free or losing money. This is the second time I’ve had to come here and publicly call you out. You keep sending these long-distance, low-paying orders through DoorDash and screwing over the drivers. Many of us can’t even reject them freely because DoorDash penalizes low acceptance rates and it costs us money and work opportunities. Enough is enough. If you can’t pay a fair wage for these deliveries, then hire your own transportation service, use a proper courier company that actually pays drivers, or deliver the orders yourselves. It’s “only” 30 miles, right? Your car, your gas, your time! Respect the Dashers who actually get your dog food to the customers. We’re not your cheap disposable labor. Other Dashers reading this: if you’ve received these awful lowball orders from Just Food For Dogs, leave a review too. They need to feel the pressure from all of us.

  LOVE the Newport Beach kitchen and Jalissa there. They answered all my questions including super involved nutrition questions. Super welcoming and patient. I’m just transitioning to JFFD and off to a very happy start!

  Ok.....definitely not cheap!!! However my dog with horrible skin issue had only made the switch to this dog food only for about two weeks when magically...her skin and coat were transformed. She always had a couple sores in her back from constant biting and itching and all of the sores completely healed up and her coat had an amazing shine....2 years of dealing with skin problems and 2 weeks of this diet and its been transformed... completely amazing and worth the money.

  Was referred to this business by my veterinarian. My dog Tonka has had digestive sensitivity since he was a puppy. At first I had him tested for parasites/diseases. Then I was told he would grow out of it. Then we tried chicken and rice to slowly introduce him to many different dog foods "fit" for sensitive stomachs. Nothing worked. He would get random spells of diarrhea. He is now 4. My veterinarian recommended I reach out to Just Food For Dogs and explained that they work with nutritionist to make really healthy balanced dog food. People can even eat their food (though I'll hold off on that... lol). We picked up bags of the Balanced Sensitive Stomach diet which has rice, sushi rice, and a protein (turkey I believe, but I could be wrong). This diet is their most expensive option since it does not come in bucket form. You have to buy individual packets that come out to be about $160 a month since he is 55 pounds. I don't mind paying the price if it works, so my fingers are crossed. Like many pet owners, I want what is best for my boy. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic about their product. Their positive energy has given me hope that this might just work. They also have "Do It Yourself" kits that teach you how to make the recipe and provide you with the vitamins needed to make it balanced. I will definitely be looking into this method as I heard it may be cheaper. Additionally, they sell many supplements that are made to the same quality as their foods. I purchased the joint supplement for my brothers 10 year old Labrador and the probiotic supplement to further help with Tonka's tummy. Thank you for your efforts in helping my boy. I will update this review based on the progress of the food. Aiming for a full eight week trial! Fingers crossed!
