  Ashley was amazing! Even though she was busy with another task when we approached her, she stopped what she was doing to help us purchase our hamster. She was incredibly knowledgeable about hamsters, their behavior, and how to care for them. We wanted to start with just the essentials, and Ashley made sure we had everything we needed without pressuring us to buy extras. She also took the time to explain the Petco rewards program. Her kindness, patience, and helpfulness made the whole experience so special. Our kids absolutely LOVE our new family member, and we’re so grateful for her help. Thank you, Ashley, for making our family’s day!

  **The worst grooming experience ever!!** I took my Pomeranian to Petco, the same location where I’ve taken my dog several times before, and I’ve always been happy with the grooming. Unfortunately, this time a different groomer did the cut, and it turned out so badly. There are so many uneven layers throughout the coat, and the cut is very uneven overall. My dog’s fur looks completely different from the previous times. I’m extremely disappointed with the result. This was by far the worst grooming experience we’ve ever had.

  I bought a pacman frog this location yesterday, and i asked the manager if he could pack extra dirt so the pacman frog doesn't stress on the road back home, i told him i hadva long drive, butbhe said no he just puts it in a box with a wet napkin, now my pacman frog wont eat amd keeps jumping trying to get out of its enclosure, i have 11 pacman frogs with all thermometers and humidity meters, all with 80% humidity and 75-85 degrees F. I wish this manager took the extra care just to make the pacman frog comfortable as possible, but seems like he didn't care.

  The manager here is an asset to your company. She goes far and beyond her job. Very personable and good person. Not only her the rest of the employees there are just as friendly.
