  I had my 2 dogs cut and cleaned at this location. I was quoted $87 per dog and ended up paying $130 per dog without being notified in advance. Both the groomer and manager said when you initial the form you authorize us to charge you whatever we want at our discretion. Very rude and unprofessional employees. It would have felt better if the dogs looked dissent but they did a horrible job and over charged!

  I came to Petco, and the manager here, Justin M was very helpful to me. Thank you so much—this is a wonderful place.

  Lady Cashier was friendly and sweet. The male employee was not helpful assisting me at all. It was early evening. I think he'd been through a long day. Not helpful. Plus they don't carry what I was looking for. NUTRO!

  I would 100% not recommend Kevin the groomer.I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment and was told he could not accommodate my dog because he had too many dogs scheduled. What made this especially frustrating is that the last time I had an appointment with him, he was approximately 15 minutes late himself.It seemed as if he was looking for a appointment to cancel and he had no problem making it mine. When I asked if my appointment was being canceled because I was late, he told me he simply had too many dogs and couldn’t take my dog anymore. The interaction felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I found Kevin to be condescending and rude. To make matters worse, I was told there were no other appointments available that day. However, when I checked online afterward, there was an opening at 12:30. I ended up taking my dog to another groomer, they were extremely professional and friendly.Customer service and communication matter, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of expectations.
