And as I was leaving I showed the girl there was an item I needed. And she said I was going to mention that one, then why didn’t you point it out to me instead of walking away. But you have good prices and sales, so I learned don’t ask her again for help,

- JMJohn MorenoJun 5, 20262.0Very poor customer service. 2 times I tried to pickup a pickup order and nobody comes to the counter for 5 minutes. then when they come up they're annoyed that they need to walk back to go get my order. and that was a manager! so that was not great. But the 2nd time I placed a pickup order, when the employee finally came to the counter, they were also annoyed by me being a pickup order and actually asked me to wait so they could check out the people who just walked up to line behind me. I had to leave without my item (that I already paid for online) because of this and how much time it already taken. it's a great store of pet supplies, but operated by slugs.There are plenty of other pet stores in the area. I will not return here ever again
