I was looking for a new vet, and tried this place. I'm switching all my animals now because they a so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was tired of the corporate atmosphere at my last place.

This vet should not even get one star! I advise to NOT go here. They traumatized my German Shepherd while doing an Xray and came back with bloody nails & feet. My poor Buddy was the best dog ever!
This second post is in reference to your reply below. First you have the wrong dog in mind...my dog was NOT named Luna and did NOT have any problems going in with his paws.
Secondly, He had a heart issue and you traumatized him doing the X-ray which made them all bleed.
I'm still to this day traumatized by the whole ordeal.
Thirdly, the whole staff was very uncaring and unprofessional!
From a concerned customer for future customers.

I’ve been a client here for five years, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have declined. Under the new ownership, the practice stopped offering Saturday appointments — which was actually the main reason I chose this vet originally. I rearranged my schedule around that change. Now, without any notice, they’ve reopened on Saturdays.
But the bigger issue is the front desk organization, which has become a real problem. I arrived early for a simple, one-vaccine appointment (booked online after they emailed me directly about it) and ended up waiting much longer than I should have, had the front desk listened to me and been organized. I will say I arrive for my appointment early, so expected to wait a little bit but usually the vaccine appointments are super quick because they just take the dog back to administer the vaccine and bring them out a minute later.
When I checked in, I clearly told the front desk what I was there for. Instead of confirming it, she told me to have a seat to wait for a room to be available, which I thought was odd considering he was only there for a vaccine and usually their rooms are just for when you see the doctor. After 35 minutes of waiting, she pulled up my pet’s chart, saw his wellness exam was current, and asked me why I was there AGAIN— as if I hadn’t already told her. Once I repeated myself, she said, “Oh, you don’t need to see the doctor, the vaccine will just take one minute” — after I’d already been sitting there for half an hour for something that quick. She said that the online appointment system does weird stuff sometimes and makes your appointment for something that it’s not and she prefers to talk to humans.
If the online appointment system doesn’t work then don’t have one! They used to not have one I used to call every time and that was totally fine, but don’t offer something that doesn’t work!
While I waited, I watched the a similar thing happen to another customer: he came to pick up a prescription for his dog. A vet tech dropped off the prescription for his dog at the front desk, but once again, the person at the front desk didn’t notice or follow up, and he ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for no reason, when the medication was sitting right on the counter.
The vets and techs themselves seem capable, but the front-desk experience has gotten so disorganized that it’s affecting basic things like wait times and communication. The original reason I chose this Vet was because they’re pretty affordable in terms of pricing and they were open on Saturday, but I would rather pay more than have my time wasted. I’d think twice before booking here, I will be going to a new vet.

Charge an arm and leg for anything they do, and the staff is lazy! Anytime you call for an appointment they seem to be “busy” and ask you to call back. They care about swiping a card and that’s all
