  Absolute huge thanks, big pat on the back to the lady who was of zero help whatsoever and rude to my mom for asking a simple question! Our family dog got attacked by a Cane Corso and Pitbull on Tuesday, and we took her to a different location on Wednesday. They had to perform surgery and give her two different prescriptions, and oh wow, we received no follow-up! (Which was the first time ever in all our time going there.) Inevitably, we had some questions a couple days later concerning our dog's behavior post-surgery. My very kind and soft spoken mother called this location to see if she could ask a vet tech a question. The lady (Whichever lady working Friday morning, May 15th) refused to even look our dog's information up in the system, which we were told is accessible across all locations, and said we couldn't get any answers unless we made an appointment. Not only did she throw attitude, but she also refused to give us any direction on what to do next. This was AFTER we found out the vet who took care of our dog left for maternity leave a day later. I'm disappointed by the lack of sincerity and concerned that someone in a receptionist position lacks empathy in an industry that NEEDS it. We ended up calling another location, and they were surprised by the treatment we received and ended up giving us some helpful information.

  They did not want to give me a refill for my dog that needs her medication for seizures. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Very unprofessional

  Dr. Greg was very good with my dog for her 1st wellness appointment with Banfield. I've only had this 9-month-old Lab for less than 2 weeks now so she's still getting used to me and everything new since I rescued her. She was a little scared but his calm affect helped her settle down. Dr. Greg answered all my questions about how best to move forward in her treatment plan. Every employee I encountered at the Clovis clinic on Herndon was kind and helpful, including Addison, the Vet technician. Thank you everyone for your assistance!!

  My Yorkie Terrier mixed with Chihuahua was still vibrant and active after his first visit for gland expansion and his second visit for a heart worm test. What I appreciate most is the follow up calls the next day after receiving the heart worm shot as well as the gland procedure to make sure of his well being and to address any areas of concerns. The customer service at Banfield Pet Hospital is extremely outstanding. Thank you for your excellent services which is greatly appreciated. ❤️ Loui V. 🐕
