  I made the decision to have my precious 20 year old kittie put down, because her body was failing her due to Kidney disease. The people who work here and the veterinarian were simply amazing. Such an amazing staff.

  Phenomenal service from all staff, for every stage of my pets lives. From kitten to elderly. Most recently Dr. Sissle and Jed the tech. They were both incredibly compassionate. But every time I’ve been in they’ve all been great, to all my cats.

  The vet who took care of my two pups was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. I’m very grateful for the care they provide—thank you!

  After 5 years at another vet, we decided to try Sylvan (Dr. Sissle). Our American Bully has recurring ear infections and has cost a lot of money in recurring vet visits over the years, and every time home treatment followed. Wrangling a 60lb dog to get drops in her ears twice a day was a hassle, to say the least. We took the baby to Sylvan for her ears, thinking we knew what to expect! We were wrong in the BEST WAY!!! Not only did they get us in and out fairly quickly, with a clean-eared baby, they medicated her in office with something strong enough to only need once. No take home drops. Pills we can handle, and they sent us home with prednisone and a detailed dosage schedule. Matilda at the front desk was HILARIOUS!!! Big thanks to Robert, our tech and the amazing, gentle and straightforward Dr. Chris Sissle!!! I cannot recommend Sylvan more!!!!

  The Vets, and people who handled the pets and medication were lovely! They provided over adequate care for me and my cat, unfortunately the receptionist “Val” created a rather less than adequate experience for me as a first time visitor! Not only did she have negative commentary towards me while I had a 1 on 1 conversation with an employee who worked in the back, but she also did not answer the phone adequately. Instead of saying “hello, how may I help you” or “how can I help you”, she answers with “..Can I help you?”. Your veterinarian’s and other employees that aren’t receptionists are exceptional.
