  The store is great staff is great. I am just disappointed in getting bags of dog food that have been infested with the brown moths.

  The worst service ever! I came today to exchange one bag of dogs food for another. I show transaction from my bank account. They charge me $ 21.00. And I need bag for small dogs. Manager even didn't listen to me. She start asking me to show my US passport, driver license, medical ID and lots of another documents. This is insane! Just for exchange they make rouls what they want. I never ll be back in this store. Mean people, worst service.

  They were fabulous, this was even the closest one to me. But it was the closest one that had the item I needed, stocked. A couple of the employees help me get everything I needed. The online price was different than the in store price but they checked what the pick up price was and in was the same as the online price, so they honored that price, instead of making me order and pay online and wait for them to bring to the front so I could technically do the " online pickup." Which was great because it would have done it and really would have wasted both of our time. But that act along with the price will definitely have me coming back. Also they were really helpful, and nice, some places I been they don't seem happy to be there, but these employees seemed happy.
