  The cashier was very friendly today. Everything is in order, fast and convenient. The food is nicely stocked and easy to find.

  Understaffed and won’t see if they have things in stock .. 2 people in the entire store and when customers were looking for employees they came out of side room . When I didn’t purchase my item because they would not help me find the other item I needed I was shouted at to have a nice day by the same girl who didn’t want to help .. needless to say I went and gave my business to Amazon and Walmart. No wonder why people are able to walk out the doors with 4 big bags of dog food.

  After walking up to the registers to request assistance with getting some fish and hearing the announcements notify all the employees that assistance was needed in aquatics 5 times I waited 40 mins just for no employees to come. I went up to request assistance again before hearing the announcement go out again for another customer that asked. This customer got helped nearly immediately, while he was being assisted I let the employee know I would need help after too. She gave me the most disrespectful look. After waiting 15 mins for her to finish with the other customer she walked away saying someone else would be over to help me as she had something else to do. After another 5-10 minutes another employee started helping me before getting tapped out by yet another employee cause she wanted to go home early. I am not normally one to complain but after spending over an hour in a petco just to get 6 fish I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
