  We scheduled a vaccine appointment two weeks in advance for 3:30 PM because our dog needed vaccinations. When we arrived at the clinic, the front desk told us they could not find our appointment in the system. My wife had spoken with someone from the clinic by phone when the appointment was made, so this was not something we invented or misunderstood. Instead of apologizing, checking what may have happened, or offering another available appointment, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. She kept repeating that we did not have an appointment and that there was nothing she could do. Maybe I was too harsh when I said this was the worst customer service in America, but please understand why I was upset. We waited two weeks for this appointment, came in because our dog needed medical care, and were simply told, “There is nothing here, and there is nothing we can do.” Mistakes can happen. But professional staff should apologize, communicate respectfully, investigate the issue, and try to offer a solution. Instead, we were treated with disrespect and eventually asked to leave. This was an awful experience. I do not recommend this clinic.

  This staff and care here is seriously the best EVER! Trust me ive been to so many vets. We've had a litter with then,they help my paralyzed dog, bug bites and just routine stuff and they seriously care so much about our fur babies! Lynn is an angel she is so helpful and the staff is so wonderful highly recommend them!!! Been going here for sooo many years!

  I have taken my cat here since I adopted her and they've always been friendly and helpful. I can't comment on prices because I've only been here and no other vet, but I don't see any reason to go to another vet when I've had such good experiences here.

  With 2 stray kittens, they were in trouble. Eye infection, sneezing and loss of appetite. Laura was able to squeeze our worst kitten in (Tango) Dr. Watson and staff are amazing. After the exam, we wormed her and sent me home with eye drops and antibiotics. With some concerns Dr. Watson asked me to bring the other kitten in (Mango) When I arrived with Mango, and Tango now the support sister, Dr. Watson took Mango and Tango herself back the the examining room. 5 minutes later they were done. Afterwards Lynn and the rest of the staff spoiled these 2 refugees. We woke up the next day to clear eyes and a new energy that they never had before. I highly recommend Dr. Watson and her staff. They are the best. Also. I take my Border Collie there to.
