After calling them in advance to let them know about a 10 min late arrival and arriving exactly 10 min late and the girl on the telephone told us that would be no problem and the worst case we’d need to wait for a little bit if there was someone there before us then that receptionist guy with a sassy attitude told me that unfortunately they can’t help us due the time and we’d need to reschedule. I’m no longer coming here!!! Went there all the way from Ocean Beach and for what? No consideration for the customers at all Not mentioning the same guy told us he texted us saying it all which he never did
