Muy profesionales, atendieron a mi gatita Totora de cabeza a punta de la cola. Quedé complacida.

If you take your puppy without a voucher you will pay $293 for 1 vaccine, fecal exam, and flea prevention. With the voucher it will be $195. Go to humane society instead. You could get the same and a microchip for $72 at the humane society

I want to commend Vanessa at the Front Desk who was expedient in getting my 16 yr old Bonbon Russian Blue in for an appointment with Dr. Cassandra Hughes. She has hyperthyroidism and needed to see her for an update for the next steps. I will follow up with her because Dr. Hughes took the time to help Bonbon calm down for her exam. Dr. Hughes must be used to handling fussy cats!!
We recently moved from LA and needed a reliable vet for our Frenchie—so glad we found Vetco on Broadway in Chula Vista.
From the start, the experience was refreshingly smooth. The clinic wasn’t overcrowded like many vets I’ve been to, which made the visit much less stressful for both me and my fur baby. The check-in process was quick, and the environment felt organized, sanitized and calm.
The doctor was fantastic—she immediately understood what was going on with my baby and walked me through a clear treatment plan with options. What I really appreciated was that there was zero pressure to add unnecessary procedures. I had already done some research beforehand, and she fully respected my choices while still providing professional guidance.
Fast forward two weeks, and my Frenchie is recovering exactly as expected. Even better, they took the time to explain preventive care for allergies in a way that was easy to understand and plan for long-term.
Another huge plus: getting monthly meds is super convenient. You can simply call ahead before your next visit or stop by anytime—no hassle at all.
If you’re in the Chula Vista area and looking for a vet that’s knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, I definitely recommend giving Vetco a try. We’ll be sticking with them!
