I try to get store credit for a cat fountain that is not working and they asked for the receipt i dont have the receipt because when I bought it the cashier asked me if I wanted the receipt printed and didn't thought it was necessary.... well maybe you should not sell defective stuff or always give the receipt... im really frustrated. Every other store offer to look the receipt with the credit card but here they just told me there's nothing they can do... I end up throwing over 30 dlls to the trash...

- JDJasmine DAug 4, 20261.0Grooming services rejected my dog because he’s 10 years old and has arthritis. Even though I had a vet’s note to clear him for grooming and training 7 months ago (his diagnosis was years ago), they refused to see the note and told me to not come in “because the groomer doesn’t want to do it so late in the day” even though the appointment time was offered and confirmed online. When I asked for clear and consistent Petco policy on groomer canceling the appointment without even seeing the dog and the vet’s note, they said “it’s at the groomer’s discretion” and told me that other groomers at this site would reject my dog as well because of his age and medical condition. It was RUDE that they basically told me to go and never come back. I would not recommend this grooming place as the staff was rude and hard to communicate with.
