Dr. David Liu overprescribed my dog and killed her. My dog Sandy was taken in for x-rays and a full check up. We were told that despite her age, she was perfectly healthy, and was given medication to help ease hip pain. They didn't not consider her age and the dosage they prescribed killed her. The most infuriating part is that they take no responsibility for their actions and instead try to place blame on anything else. There was nothing wrong with her and this medication was the ONLY new thing. Dr. Liu is responsible for the death of my Sandy due to medical malpractice and this hospital neglected to acknowledge that Sandy died due to the side effects of the medication. We go to these doctors because we trust you know best for our pets, not to murder them. Do NOT allow Dr. David Liu to see your pets. UPDATE: It's been over a month. I've heard nothing from this Banfield. They've continued on as if literally nothing happened. However, the autopay on Sandy's pet insurance still processed without issue. I spoke with Dr. Liu and although he's "sorry for our loss" there was still no acknowledgment of his wrong doing. No remorse. Both he and Dr. Hanna are responsible for letting Sandy die under their supervision. Dr. Liu says he's not at fault because he didn't receive Sandy during the emergency visit, Dr. Hanna did. Dr Hanna says he's not at fault because he didn't prescribe the medication that killed her, Dr. Liu did. So no one is at fault, but they still want their money for murdering our pet. I'm absolutely disgusted by the lack of response by Banfield.

I had the pleasure of bringing my pet to Banfield Chino and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. The receptionist was friendly and attentive, ensuring all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The veterinary team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and address all our concerns. It's clear they genuinely care about the well-being of all pets and it made all the difference. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a reassuring atmosphere. I left feeling confident that my pet was in the best possible hands, and I will definitely be returning for all our future veterinary needs. Highly recommend Banfield Chino to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry babies.

Brought my dog in for his chip implant. The new location is super convenient and although small, is always very clean and welcoming. Wait times are short and the doctors are top notch and always give their best for our precious pets.
