  I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Nori, she was very caring and took so much care of my dog, his cleaning was easy and smooth and he recovered fine afterwards, she called us twice to check on him after the cleaning and made sure he was doing well after the procedure, it’s really rare these days to find someone who really cares and she does! I would highly recommend your bring your pet to see her and she will treat them like family

  Do not go here!!!!!my dog ended up dying the next day… I took my dog because he had been vomiting for a few days I got concerned. They had not even seen him yet and they told me everything they wanted to do to him, in my desperation I agreed. I ended up paying about 1k and they didn’t give me any answers. They said to go somewhere else where they can check him again because they didn’t know what was wrong??? On top of that the vet didn’t even give me information in all the test she did, I had to call back and ask again about them, and they were like “oh yeah their normal”.. super frustrating, they are in the business just for the money , they do not care for your dog!!! Unfortunately my dog passed away the next day. I wish they could have at least warned me he was going to decline that fast, there was zero urgency or concern. I never leave reviews but I do want to warn people.

  I have brought my cat Misty to the vet 3 times to get a urinalysis and each time they tell me her bladder is too small and to collect it myself! The incompetence is very worrisome. Today I brought Misty in and SAMANTHA the receptionist barely gave me a hello or Good morning as I walked in and greeted her. Both receptionists completely ignored me and I felt very small and unseen after spending my money here for the past 3 days!! She then proceeded to have me WAIT while she searches on her laptop and continues to ignore me. The receptionist near her was free and asked to help me to which Samantha refused and had me wait for her to keep typing. After waiting 2 minutes I politely asked the receptionist who was not busy to help me and he did very kindly. The Receptionist SAMANTHA is the reason why I will not be returning to Banfield and I am highly disappointed on the services I received over the past 3 DAYS.

  I had a 3:30 PM appointment for my dog at Banfield Chatsworth. We arrived 10 minutes early to check in and were placed in a room right away. The clinic was empty, yet we waited 40 minutes and no one came in to acknowledge us or explain the delay. I left with my dog. We will not be returning to this Banfield, we’ll be going back to our regular Banfield in Northridge. Very disappointed with the customer service, if this is how they handle timely appointments, imagine what happens if someone is running late.

  I started coming here when my previous dog, my soul dog Mocha became very ill. The whole care staff was very supportive, compassionate and caring. Unfortunately, Mocha passed. When I got another dog and was gifted with another one, I wanted to make sure that they get the best care possible so I took them to Banfield and got both of them care plans. The staff is truly amazing and they make sure that my little ones don’t miss any appointments and follow up’s. Give them a shot, it’ll be one of the best decisions you’ll make.
