  Took my dog in to get flea meds and her ear looked at for an infection and before they would even look at her or help they wanted 400+ dollars because I didn't have her vaccine records and they wanted to update them they I told them I couldn't afford that and they said they couldn't even help not even with flea medication or her ear this is absurd we left with no help or even advice on what to do to temporarily help her id give 0 stars if that was an option

  Staff and vet were very friendly and accomodating to their customers. They are very helpful and caring to their clients and not just trying to make a sale. The hospital was very clean and well maintained.

  I appreciate the free microchip and exam promotion but tbh the vet assistant was pretty cold and I didn't really like how she spoke to me. Your job isn't only to just deal with animals, it's to also speak warmly to the owner and reassure them. It's pretty clear to me they don't teach their workers compassion. She basically was waving me off with a small bit of an attitude in her cold demeanor. Other than that the front desk staff was very kind and I enjoyed speaking to her!
