  My dr an tech was great as far as friendliness an welcoming to vet for first time was not welcoming I felt uncomfortable with my dog who is a bully mix I was on time but they were behind as far as that concern my visit was a lot better as my appt. Went on clean room dr. Got to know my dog an technician was understanding an patient with sassy I would consider this for other pet parents an they are a lot cheaper in price compared to other vets I been to

  Refused to refill my dog’s standard flea medicine because he is a few months overdue for a checkup, which I understand, but then they mentioned he needs a rabies shot again as well. He had one last year and was previously doing them every three years, so I don’t understand why he would need it yearly all of the sudden. It feels like they try to upsell every time we go in. I will say the people at the front desk are very kind though. They have been warm and welcoming each visit.

  1 STAR — BEWARE OF THE “FREE EXAM” I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. I booked their “first client free exam”. They left a voicemail asking me if I can come earlier but gave no explanation. I called back, was placed on hold for a few minutes, and assumed they were simply confirming the appointment time. Since I had already confirmed the appointment online, I hung up. They never called or texted me back. When I arrived, I was told there might not be enough time to address my dog’s three concerns: ears, teeth, and acid reflux since they are closing in about an hour. This was already a frustrating example of poor customer service and communication. Then I was quoted around $100 for the ear cytology and up to $250 for medication. My regular vets charges under $60 for ear medication and only need an otoscope, not a cytology but they are fully booked. When I questioned the price difference, the assistant who handled the intake responded, “Good for them.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. The vet was friendly, but only briefly looked at the ears and did not use an otoscope. I declined all services and left. Don’t let the “FREE EXAM” fool you. In my experience, the costs afterward are outrageous compared with other vets. Call around and compare prices before bringing your pet here. I will never return.

  Took my dog in to get flea meds and her ear looked at for an infection and before they would even look at her or help they wanted 400+ dollars because I didn't have her vaccine records and they wanted to update them they I told them I couldn't afford that and they said they couldn't even help not even with flea medication or her ear this is absurd we left with no help or even advice on what to do to temporarily help her id give 0 stars if that was an option

  Staff and vet were very friendly and accomodating to their customers. They are very helpful and caring to their clients and not just trying to make a sale. The hospital was very clean and well maintained.
