    Staff and vet were very friendly and accomodating to their customers. They are very helpful and caring to their clients and not just trying to make a sale. The hospital was very clean and well maintained.

    I appreciate the free microchip and exam promotion but tbh the vet assistant was pretty cold and I didn't really like how she spoke to me. Your job isn't only to just deal with animals, it's to also speak warmly to the owner and reassure them. It's pretty clear to me they don't teach their workers compassion. She basically was waving me off with a small bit of an attitude in her cold demeanor. Other than that the front desk staff was very kind and I enjoyed speaking to her!
