    Waited for the associate to stop talking and I do mean talking not assisting a customer but just having a conversation with a customer about activities outside of Petco non-pet related 15 minutes for 10 crickets ridiculous !!!!!

    Nick was super helpful, went in for a prescription wasn't sure where to go he directed me and then as I was waiting he came to me with the medicine I was waiting for. Made it super easy and quick.

    I’m disappointed with how my grooming appointment was handled. I originally booked an appointment through the Petco website and later noticed there was an earlier opening available, so I switched to that time slot through the online booking system. The following day, I received a call informing me that they would not be able to groom my dog after all because there “must have been a glitch in the system.” While I appreciate that they reached out, it was frustrating to find out that the appointment I had successfully booked was not actually available. During that call, I was told that they would work with me to find a better time, which led me to believe they would try to accommodate me later that same day. However, no alternative appointment for that day was offered. Instead, they simply went through the times that appeared available on the website, which apparently do not even guarantee an actual appointment. They offered to reschedule me for Monday, but the available hours conflicted with my work schedule. They then offered an appointment for the following weekend, which unfortunately did not work for me either. By that point, I was left without a grooming appointment and had already planned my schedule around the original booking. Overall, I’m disappointed with the way this was handled. The online booking system should accurately reflect availability, and customers should not have to deal with canceled appointments due to internal scheduling issues.

    I am more than a little disappointed with the veterinary services I received today. We set an appointment earlier this week and took our Corso in today because he was having allergies causing him to scratch and lose hair. He had been seen there previously without issues but was reactive on his last visit over 3 months ago. Since then he went to board training and is much better. We brought him in with a muzzle and e-collar. He barked once at a dog when he came in but afterward was following my commands without issue. The vet assistant went in and told the vet something and came back out basically saying they refused to see him and insisted he be medicated with sedative beforehand. The vet didn't even assess the situation personally. Instead of receiving the fast acting shot for his condition we were given oral medication and sent on our way without ever seeing the veterinarian. If they are going to profile dogs by breed, size or past behavior without taking everything into account maybe they're in the wrong line of work or should have a disclaimer that they only service dogs under a certain size.
