- MBMolly BarcelosAug 23, 20261.0I spoke to a woman who looked to be latina with eyelashes, on the heavier side, had dark brown/black hair pulled back. When I called beforehand I said, “ Hello, do you guys happen to be busy right now?” She responded, “Why?”. No politeness just instant attitude. I responded, “Well I was wondering if this would be an alright time to take my dog to get her nails trimmed.” Just immediately says, “what time?”. I just asked you a question and you’re asking me two more as a response? I should’ve taken this whole interaction as a sign to hang up. Everytime I come here she’s always extremely rude. It doesn’t give me a good feeling to leave my dog with her. Manager should really speak to her, I understand people have bad days we are all human beings and grooming dogs must not be an easy job to have however, there was no reason for attitude when I literally just asked a question that required a simple yes or no. Manners i understand cannot be instilled by management but customer satisfaction does matter in a business atmosphere. Hope that this gets resolved, I will not be bringing my dogs here again.
