- TYTiffany YanezJun 24, 20265.0I personally love this clinic. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even showed me how to properly put the flea medicine that I purchased with them on my cat. Pricing wasn't too crazy either for the visit.

I brought in a 1-month-old kitten in very poor health and explained that it was an emergency, but I was told they couldn’t see the kitten because they were fully booked. When an animal is suffering and clearly needs urgent care, turning them away without any compassion or urgency is heartbreaking. I understand clinics get busy, but emergencies involving very young animals should be handled differently or at least met with more concern and guidance. This experience left me feeling helpless and deeply upset. I would not recommend this clinic if your pet needs urgent attention
