Juliet: She is knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and nice ! I’m from out of the area. On a visit a few weeks ago, I met Juliet as she was stocking a shelf. I asked her how to avoid seeing reptiles as I have a phobia. She was very respectful and unusually detailed in her answer. Next I asked about my dog’s itching and she explained a possibility related to hair cuts during grooming that I wasn’t aware of. Then I said, “OK, here’s an impossible question for you: My dog was given a treat which was a combination of 3 things at our local Petco. She loved it! Can you possibly guess what combination my dog might have been given? “ At that point she walked up an aisle and brought me back bone broth and powdered goat milk. The minute I saw what was in her hand, I knew she had nailed 2 out of the 3 ! Wow! When I asked her name so I could write a rave review, she told me that that would bring tears to her eyes. I’m a little late, Juliet, but I haven’t forgotten. You're the best ! The store and customers are lucky to have you !
