- RRRyanJun 9, 20261.0I don't recommend speaking to the manager Vanessa, when you have an issue with Petco. When we bought a tarantula they mislabeled a curly hair tarantula as a Mexican Pink Leg "Klassi" which is completely unacceptable. They ARE allowed to take spiders back from a different location if they have the space for it. When asking questions about this she said it, "sounds like a you problem" and "absolutely cannot bring it here" Highly unprofessional, rude and useless. Accountability would have been nice but none was given 👎👎👎 Mark and the other staff members are extremely welcoming and helped in every way possible. I thank them alot for their patience.

Vanessa who picked up my line was extremely rude, I already apologised about my mistakes even though that is not what a customer should have to do, she still sounded like she refused to answer me, just gave me really unclear answers. I was trying to be as polite as I can, and I said thank you as I was about to ask another question, she just hung up straight away. Terrible attitude, like im just trying to learn more and im not even like throwing away responsibilities, she just straight up refuses to serve, which is literally her job The retail store was very nice tho, it is very clean and has all sorts of supplies, parakeets are very cute but the attitude of vanessa literally makes people never want to visit again
