- RHRachel HartAug 14, 20262.0I had purchased booties for dogs out of state because i forgot ours. I was told I had 60 days to return them. It turned out we didn't need them and when I went to return them (about 50 days from buying), I could only get store credit. When I told the manager that I was told 60 days, there was nothing she could do for me. The manager should be able to override that and should have returned the items back to my credit card. I don't usually buy from there and will continue to stay away (except to use the store credit I now have)

- RRRyanJun 9, 20261.0I don't recommend speaking to the manager Vanessa, when you have an issue with Petco. When we bought a tarantula they mislabeled a curly hair tarantula as a Mexican Pink Leg "Klassi" which is completely unacceptable. They ARE allowed to take spiders back from a different location if they have the space for it. When asking questions about this she said it, "sounds like a you problem" and "absolutely cannot bring it here" Highly unprofessional, rude and useless. Accountability would have been nice but none was given 👎👎👎 Mark and the other staff members are extremely welcoming and helped in every way possible. I thank them alot for their patience.
