  I am older with poor eyesight and they've always been very considerate helping me find things on the shelves, carrying out to the carry, and giving advice for saving money. They are helpful and friendly.

  Everyone is very helpful and caring. I give a shout-out to Ashley and Jasmine. There are other employees there that are really helpful, but I don't know their names. I appreciate how the staff has given me very good suggestions for my pets.

  Stephanie at Petco Grooming was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Axel! He came in completely matted, and she did an amazing job with his haircut while making sure he was comfortable throughout the process. She was kind, patient, and professional, and she took the time to give me great advice on how to maintain his coat as it grows back to help prevent matting in the future. I really appreciated her knowledge and the care she showed both Axel and me. Axel looks adorable, and I was so happy with the experience that I already scheduled his next grooming appointment with Stephanie. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about the dogs she works with!

  I have given this Petco grooming salon several chances, but unfortunately each visit has been disappointing due to the customer service. Today, my dog had a 5:00 p.m. grooming appointment. While I was on my way to pick him up, there was an accident on the freeway that caused an unexpected delay. I did the responsible thing and called as soon as I knew I would be late to let them know my updated ETA. The person who identified herself as the grooming manager told me that if I arrived any later than 5:10, they would have to reschedule. What made this especially frustrating is that earlier in the day, the salon had already called asking if I could bring my dog in sooner because, although they schedule 5:00 p.m. grooming appointments, they "don't like to stay until 6:00," even though those are the hours they advertise. I completely understand that employees have schedules and want to leave on time. However, when a customer is delayed because of an unavoidable freeway accident and takes the time
