  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Adam Cook and the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Cook was exceptional with my cat, Coco. He was patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was how gentle and caring Dr. Cook was with Coco. Coco can get nervous during vet visits, and seeing the patience and kindness Dr. Cook and his team showed him meant so much to me. They made every effort to keep him comfortable and treated him with genuine affection and care. The entire team deserves recognition as well. Everyone who helped us was friendly, attentive, and professional. They made the whole experience much less stressful for both Coco and me. As a pet parent, trusting someone with your pet’s health means everything. I left feeling reassured, informed, and confident that Coco had received excellent care. Thank you, Dr. Adam Cook and the entire team, for taking such wonderful care of Coco. Your kindness, patience, and compassion are truly appreciated. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary team I can trust and would highly recommend you to any pet parent! ❤️🐾

  Dr Z, Mellisa, Luis and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. So knowledgable and compassionate. I will never take my pets elsewhere. This pic is from 2008. Roxanne Marie and baby Scooch. Roxanne Marie passed last year but Scooch is doing pretty well. -Stephen (Steve)

  Mostly Satisfied with the service. Calling the hospital is VERY challenging, with not answering in a timely manner, and being put on hold for extended time. Also it would be great to book in person appointments with a doctor like before Covid, as opposed to drop off. Not always convenient
