- ACandrea crookJun 5, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Petco grooming salon was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, customer service was lacking. Communication was poor, staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I was left feeling like my business—and more importantly, my pet—was an inconvenience rather than a priority. The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. After leaving Petco, I took my dog to PetSmart in Folsom, where the difference was night and day. The staff greeted us warmly, answered all of my questions, treated my pet with care, and provided the kind of customer service I expected from the beginning. It was a reminder that excellent service still exists. As pet owners, we trust groomers with members of our family. Unfortunately, Petco did not earn that trust today. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

He educated us on all the snakes, he let us handle them and ultimately gave us the best experience buying our first pet snake.
