    Scheduled an appointment over the phone for a shot over. Was not advised of any concerns. Verified the cost. Was called the day of the appointment to come in earlier. Was not informed of any concerns. Left work early and came to appointment only to be told that the previous vet that saw my dog 6 months ago left to another location. Due to this I would need a new exam with the new vet. A $98 charge. I explained that my pet was here for exam not long ago. His information is in the system. I spoke to staff twice and was never told of this additional charge when he is up to date with his items. Manager didn’t approve. Blamed the new system. Said to come here to complain because no one on site could waive the fee and there is no corp number. If you like surprise charges and no one to help you then this is the place for you.
