- BCbarry c4 days ago1.0disappointed with the vaccination process. the staff were not very knowledgeable and inexperienced with working with pets. we witnessed a dog being muzzled and in distress from it to be vaccinated and the staff showing the inability to calm the dog down and safely administer the vaccine… to the point the staff have to have the two owners intervene and help pin down the dog. our oral vaccine was basically obsolete and spit out by our dog because the doctor didn’t have a good technique in administering the oral vaccine. the entire experience felt like we were watching a group of interns on their first day on the job… the facility isn’t very set up either… next to the cash registers, like a mobile vaccine clinic randomly found space in petco to set up shop.
