I was honestly a little nervous about bringing Enzo in for grooming because he’s scared of the dryer and had only been professionally groomed once before. We normally bathe him ourselves, but since having our baby, we hadn’t been able to give his coat the attention it needed, so I decided to make an appointment at Petco. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind. They welcomed us with a smile and were so sweet and patient with Enzo, even though he was clearly a little nervous. They explained that he had some matting and that the whole process could take around three hours, so I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after only about two! Brian took care of Enzo and was absolutely wonderful with him, and Rebecca, who called me, was so sweet as well. When I went to pick him up, they told me Enzo had been such a good boy, which honestly made me so happy considering how nervous I had been about the whole experience. And Enzo? He came out HAPPY, howling away like he was trying to tell me everything about his spa day. 😂 He seriously looked like a completely different dog! He was so clean, soft, and handsome. He had also been shedding an insane amount before his appointment, and the difference afterward was incredible. I loved the experience and, most importantly, I loved seeing that Enzo was happy and comfortable when I picked him up. We were so pleased with the service that I already booked his next appointment. Thank you Brian, Rebecca, and the whole grooming team for taking such good care of our big fluffy boy! 🐺❤️

When I picked my dog up she had a cut on her side from the sheers. This is the second time this has happened.
