My dear pet passed away, and I just remembered to cancel the auto ship. I hadn't the time to return the food and it was two months just barely past the time of the order. They refused to credit me for half the purchase. Both were unopened and they would only credit me one of the cases. Policy over loyalty. This is sad in today's business economy and being in the business where pets are part of the family. Not even a condolence from the front counter check out just more concerned weather they could make certain not to return me the money I spent. My husband turned around and gave the 20 case of Nulo brand new food to a nice lady behind us who had two cats. . I am giving them only 2 stars due to the gal who helped me try and find a new food for the new kitten.
