Be extremely careful if you bring your pet here. My cat was hospitalized for a fever, and while they stabilized her temperature, they completely missed a developing anal gland rupture.
Despite taking her rectal temperature every 2–4 hours while in their care, the medical team failed to notice or address a raw, visible sore in that exact area. After her discharge, when I inspected her myself because her symptoms weren't improving, I found the sore. A second vet immediately confirmed that her anal gland had ruptured. My cat suffered through days of preventable, severe pain because basic physical symptoms were ignored.
When I emailed management to address this oversight, they offered excuses, claimed it wasn't detectable during her stay, and eventually ghosted my emails entirely. Unprofessional care and zero accountability. Inspect your pets thoroughly yourself before bringing them home from this facility.

NEVER GO HERE !!! PLEASE READ !!! I came here with my elderly dog who suddenly got vertigo.. I told them personally I was concern on not receiving true help due to poor expirence in the past they try pressure me Into any service they can think of without offering any real details or excuse in why it could be beneficial after some mention of his irritated ear they said it could possibly be clogged and was convince it could relieve some of his pain.. when I got my dog back there were OBVIOUS SIGNS of ABUSE he had missing hair and scratches around the neck and when i demnaded answers on the results all they could give me was "ear infection" and nothing more they didn't provide medication and told me i would have to order through a different third party which i didnt recive till a month after... after a day blood kept pooling leaking non stop for a week out the ear with expose cartilage out of his inner ear due to digging instead of any cleaning which cause him to blind in the eye its connected to and turn entirely blood red... I soon after had to put my dog down due to all the blood leaking into his brain and just cant help think how I would still have him if we never showed here... he was family and it hurts me to make this post... if you love them NEVER SHOW HERE

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it.
The technician I worked with was difficult to communicate with and showed little patience. My dog previously lived in China, and I only knew the name of his allergy medication in Chinese. Rather than giving me a moment to translate it, the technician simply left it off the record — meaning his current medication isn’t accurately documented.
I also felt talked down to for not knowing certain medical terminology. As a pet owner, I need to understand what’s being done to my dog in order to give informed consent, and I expected the staff to walk me through it. To be fair, the doctor himself was professional and easy to talk to — the issue was specifically with this technician.
On top of that, I’d come in specifically for the first-visit discount, and I had to remind them twice before it was actually applied — I was nearly charged full price.
Between the communication issues, the incomplete medical records, and the billing mix-up, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this clinic.

In September I took my dog here after an apparent seizure around 5am. Doctors were insistent that my dog had ingested marijuana even though no one in the household uses it. They told me he had tested positive for thc and said he should be fine in a couple days without showing us test results. After 3 days we returned after he had gotten worse and they advised us to see a neurologist. The neurologist stated he had a brain swell that would not have been related to marijuana. So essentially I was charged over $750 to be lied to about a marijuana test that was likely never administered, dismissed about any other possibilities and my dog could have received the proper treatment days earlier if it weren’t for this joke of a “hospital.”
