  I bought a goldfish for my daughter last night. The next morning it was dead. I returned to Petco with the fish and asked for another one. The staff said "Did you bring the water from the tank?" No, I just want a new one. Well, they wouldn't sell me one unless I bring the water in. She did offer a refund. Then I handed her my receipt and she says oh we don't refund on "feeder fish." It wasn't a feeder fish to us, it was a short lived pet. The staff member was not rude or anything but I didn't understand their policy which was not explained to me until after the fish died. I ended up buying another one.

  I always love this store, Kaylee was very helpful and welcoming. However, as she was helping me at the register, her co-worker Jerry was on two devices (one being a phone on hold and presumably one being a scanner) when he interrupted her quite aggressively to make her take the phone that was on hold. She explained to him she was with a guest. Kaylee looked bothered by how Jerry approached her. Please bring this to his attention because if he doesn't change his attitude, he could be driving people out. Thank you Kaylee for being amazing.

  Your store is always clean and well kept. The employees initiate conversation with a smile and you can tell they care. They have knowledge of their products and pets. Always polite and professional.

  This is the best litter box.. the cats feet drop all the litter on the inside stairs instead of my carpet , it’s great!

  My mother went to this location last night and apparently one of the employees last night racially profiled my mother and making her uncomfortable and was hostile towards her while looking for items to purchase. This is unacceptable.
