  Great place to shop, but the grooming sucks. I had an appointment.They took a walk in before me.A big dog and a small dog.When I went to pick up my dog after 4 hours my dog was just being on the table to be cut and the people that walked in were paying and leaving. So they took the walk ins before my appointment.That was the first time I was disappointed. Two other times I was disappointed was because I had an appointment with one lady and they kept giving my dog to another lady, and they never cut my dog correctly. And I was paying $76 dollars for a 12 lb dog..

  I have frequently used the Beaumont Petco to buy pets (adopted a cat there 12 years ago and she is still with us), fish, and supplies for our 4 dogs and 3 cats. Today, while looking for two new Bettas, I was told by an employee that if I was going to keep them in a tank (I have separate tanks) without a heater or at least 5 gallons of water each, she would not sell them to me. I have kept my Bettas alive for several years. My last one lasted 3 years. She was very rude about it and acted like I was a child. I do not mind advice or an education, but it is not okay to talk to customers they way she spoke to me. She came in real hot. She was talking loudly and angrily and I literally said nothing out of shock. I was too stunned to speak at first so my husband explained that I have cared for bettas many times and she just talked over him talking about how they have already lost 10 bettas. I won’t be back, it was embarrassing and she beyond rude in how she spoke to me. I should have put it all back and went somewhere else, but I didn’t and I regret it. Hopefully Gia reads this and reflects a bit.
