  Love this place! Fluffy and we Love Marianna ! The entire personnel is great ! They are truly caring ! They went beyond to take care of my fluffy ! Waiting time was reasonable ! And above all price was a third of animal samarithan

  I called to speak to someone about my pets appointments and was on hold for 20 mins. I hung up and called back thinking it was a mistake. When I was told I would be placed on hold again, I asked if holding for 20 minutes was normal. The woman on the phone said it is when we have a line. If the online portal was easier to use and see what appointments my pets needed I wouldn’t have to call and wait for who knows how long.

  Good service and they have 24 hr care if needed. They have always taken great care of all of my animals.

  I took my 17 year old baby girl in for an emergency visit and was treated great by staff and dr. I was there for about 5.5 hours for labs 6 pm to close. Unfortunately my kitty passed the next day. ( no fault of theirs) I called them and told them she was dying and needed a little assistance and they told me to come in, by the time I got there she was gone. When I got there they told me they could not help me and referred me somewhere else. My baby girl just needed a little compassion and they did not offer any to her or me. They turned us away. We went to oak valley and they were AMAZING!! dont tell me to come at a time like that just to turn us away!

  Although we are very thankful to the staff for taking our fur baby in a time of need, we are very disappointed in the communication and plan for treatment. We never even met the Dr. in person and only was able to speak to her on the phone. It seems the Dr. had no true treatment plan, no follow up and dismissed our requests. There was never a definite diagnosis, even though they tested for everything. It just seemed like they really had no clue what was taking place and how to treat. We prepaid and they were able to charge down to the last dollar. The only home plan of care suggested was to take our pet to the 24 hour hospital. We ended up self treating our dog at home and she is now almost fully recovered due to our home care, therapy and love.
