  Appreciate the phone being answered promptly and getting an appointment the next day. Customer service a couple of years ago was terrible. Had to wait on the phone for a long time. Never got a call back. Available appointment might be in two weeks. Service now is much improved

  It was a great experience for my cat he's not been to a visit in awhile and these people were all so nice and helpful. We both enjoyed our visit and would recommend.

  From start to finish with the front desk, assistant in the room to dr Gill the best experience I’ve ever had at a veterinary office. I didn’t feel scammed or tests run to rack up my bill. Dr Gill did a physical exam to diagnose bubba, and recommend dental work. They didn’t pressure me to get it scheduled when I said, I needed to wait until I got my past vet bills paid from another clinic. I will definitely take bubba back to get his dental work done.

  STAY AWAY FROM DR JAMES SOBOTKA SERIOUS EXPERIENCE THAT WILL PUT DR : JAMES SOBOTKA IN JAIL If your manager or the person in charge does not contact me immediately, I will proceed with taking legal action against the veterinarian, James Sobotka, and escalate this matter to the Supreme Court without delay. Dr. James Sobotka falsely diagnosed my dog with heart failure and administered an injection to remove fluids from his body without my consent. Despite my clear and firm refusal, he proceeded with the injection without informing me. This is completely unacceptable. I have since taken my dog for an echocardiogram, and I have the official report from a certified cardiologist confirming that my dog does NOT have heart failure and has NO fluid accumulation whatsoever. This proves that your doctor’s diagnosis was entirely incorrect. Because of this gross misdiagnosis, I suffered extreme panic, fear, and emotional distress over my dog’s health. In addition, I was forced to spend $900 on further testing due to your doctor’s negligence. Furthermore, your doctor administered an injection that my dog did not need at all, which could have negatively affected his health, and did so against my explicit refusal. I am now demanding full compensation for both the financial losses and the severe emotional distress I have experienced. At the very least, I expect a full refund of the amount I paid for this completely incorrect and harmful diagnosis. DO NOT TRUST DR JAMES SOBOTKA FOR DIGNOSE YOUR BABY !!!! If I do not receive a prompt response and resolution, I will escalate this matter legally without hesitation.
