- JWJordan WerthAug 14, 20261.0I recently took my dog Coco German Shepard in for a full service + shed release, I have been bring her for years never disappointed till the last visit I had. Might have been groomers first time the name was was Emily.I arrive to pick Coco up so they gave me the receipt everything seemed great they didn’t mention anything , I paid left a generous tip and go back to get Coco. They notified me they couldn’t get her nails done, the other trained professionals never had problems before this visit so it was very disappointing.on top of that she was full of hair and apparently didn’t use she’d release treatment.

From start to finish, she personally takes great care of him and always makes sure he looks his absolute best. Groot can be pretty wild and energetic at times (lol), but Itzel is always patient, caring, and professional. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does and treats every pet like her own. The quality of her work, attention to detail, and the care she provides are outstanding. If you’re looking for someone who will take excellent care of your furry family member, Itzel is the one! Thank you, Itzel, for always taking such great care of Groot!
