Placed an in-app order for dog food for pick-up. Started to make my way over there 25 minutes later, when I got there I knew I was early so I waited in my car until my app notified me my order was ready for pick up and the app finally allowed me to hit the button “here”. The worker came out with my food and then told me that I’m not allowed to call them before my order was ready. I had said, “Excuse me I never called you guys my app said it was ready to be picked up so I hit the here button.” She continued to sit there and stare at me, she was also very rude in the way she was talking to me. I would rather drive across town to get dog food than go to this Petco.

Do not buy live animals from this location. They knowingly mistreat their animals and refuse to take any accountability when those animals inevitably die from store neglect. I recently bought a rare, sensitive pet here and when I got it home I found out their staff gave incorrect care information and kept it in a habitat that completely contradicted their own official corporate care guidelines. By keeping the animal in conditions they explicitly warn against, they inflicted severe, long-term medical damage that eventually led to its death. When I tried to resolve this, corporate and local management completely stonewalled me for over a week, missed their own promised deadlines, and ignored my calls. I firmly believe this company sells compromised, mistreated animals in the hopes that customers will just give up and pay out of pocket to replace them. Save yourself the heartbreak and financial loss. Petsmart is less than 10 minutes away, provides noticeably better care for their animals, and is approximately 20% cheaper on top of it. Not to mention the staff will actually acknowledge your existance instead of treating you like a hurdle to their jobs. Do your business there instead. They dont pack 20 hamsters into a single cage and pretend its humane.

I am very very upset with the treatment of betta fish at this location. How sad they are mostly dead/dull. Kinda forced to stand by them when waiting in the line and just forced to stare at these dead fish. It’s sad to see how well the other animals are treated but because of space issues these guys are forced to live and die in a cup.
