- GJGina JimenezSep 26, 20261.0I brought my kitten in with my free wellness check coupon hoping I’d be a responsible cat owner and be able to afford the check up with my coupon, it’s a lie, my kitten was healthy and I was told the coupon only applies to healthy animals, they’ll lie just so you don’t get anything free from their services. I had to pay $133 dollars for just a vet to pet my cat and then leave. Don’t fall for the free wellness scam.

Starting from the insensitive and rude front office staff. Our dog went here for 2.5 years and they were very unpleasant and did not care about him. You are basically a number in their system and I wish the wellness plan didn’t sell me on taking him here. They really don’t care about your pets, which is infuriating for a pet owner. I have nothing but bad experiences at this office, please take your dog somewhere else it will be worth the extra price.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was so caring, compassionate, and gentle. They treated my dog with so much love and respect, and I could truly feel that they cared. What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
