  So unhappy with this pet hospital. Needed a small cyst removed from my dogs paw. Was supposed to get a call the next day with price. Never happened! I called a couple days later, got put on hold and finally gave up after 10 min. Called again, left messsge to have someone call me. Never happened!! Physically went in office a couple weeks later. Got price of over $1500 to remove small cyst without even putting her under!! That’s more than her spay was! Told them to make her an appointment to get it removed because it’s bothering her. Was told the Dr would call me the next day to schedule as she was not there. That was 4 days ago.. still no call. I guess they just don’t need my business. Beyond horrible customer service. Going to a new vet…they just don’t care at all obviously.

  The staff at this Banfield location are incredibly friendly. They clearly loved my dog, were so sweet to him, and constantly told me how cute he was, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the rest of the visit left me feeling very uncomfortable and frustrated. ​First, the scheduling and process felt entirely unnecessary. I had a standard appointment just for routine vaccinations a quick procedure that should have taken a few minutes. Instead, they required me to drop him off, and he ended up being there all day. I was completely excluded from the process; I wasn't there when the shots were administered, and I never saw the actual veterinarian a single time during the entire visit. This lack of transparency honestly made me a bit suspicious and uneasy. ​On top of that, the visit felt incredibly commercial. Pushing me to sign up for their monthly wellness plan, which in my opinion is extremely overpriced. ​

  Staff is very friendly they explained everything really well every time I take my dogs to get checked.

  I totally get it, when a cute puppy comes in i want nothing more than to play with the pup. But i came in, and the front desk took my extremely expensive puppy to the back while i waited in the waiting room. After about 20 minutes, they came back and said all the vaccines and procedures were done which i got to be ZERO part of. This could or could not be relevant, but now puppy has a swollen lymph node and here i am thinking of every possibility remembering that experience. Look i get it, we all love animals here. But when we take our animal to a vet, professionalism is extremely important. This is coming from someone who runs a medical related business. I'm finally getting to that review and i find this place extremely unprofessional. Everyone loves the pup, and thats totally fine but when i come to the vet, they ask if "can i show them the pup" and take him to the back and then come out 20 minutes later saying "okay everythings done" this is not cool. Only reason i'm not rating this place 1 star is because i PARTIALLY understand because our little puppy is actually super cute but still, professionalism. On top of that, they were very adamant in trying to get me to sign up for some overpriced program they offer.
