- SPSamantha PezzeJun 23, 20261.0Both PetSmart's Ming and Oswell are the most coldest and rudest vet clinic I have ever gone to. First I started off by going to the wrong one . It took me 4 buses and I er an hr. To get there my dog is have a breathing problem Instead of seeing the situation for what it was she coldly tells me she can't see Franky. So as I'm leaving the vets on Oswell calls me and says they have to cancel my appointment over there because they are full . But on their website I was able to choose a time a day out of many options. I told her about my situation and how sick my dog was she told me to go to the vet ER. What's wrong with these ladies do they even care about animals ? I am so upset and scard that my dog won't even make it. By the time I find this other vet figure out the bus my dog might not make it . Walking around with him in this heat, shortness of breath . I can't even control my tears I'm so so scard for him he's only 2urs old. This is very sad. This is so upsetting. My dog would survive with just 5 mins of their time. Now I don't know if he does the stuffing he's going to go through is cruel on their part. I hope people read this so they can know what kind of people they are going to trust to help their pet. Im scard to know what they do when no one's around to see them

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
