- DZDavid ZAug 4, 20265.0Such an amazing experience, from the minute I walked in I could tell the staff was very happy to help me. My dog was sick and needed to get an exam and some medicine. I was able to get everything taken care of quickly. I was able to drop off my dog and go get a couple things done while my dog was in the doctors office. The vet called me and told me I needed to get some medicine. When I picked up my dog she was very happy to see me and I was happy to get her medicine and take her home. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

To top it off I’m telling the nurse Roxy about what’s going on and she brushes it off like nothing. I decided to continue because I was hopeful they would do the exam and need it for my Ill dog. I left but thank god i went back to make sure it was free because then they processed to let me know it wasn’t. Roxy looked like she would torture my dog and god knows what else they would charge me. Not even an actual animal hospital charges for an exam what they charge. Ridiculous

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
