- DNDebi Napzok2 days ago3.0I brought my Papillion dog in May for a mini groom as there were no appts available until July for a full groom. I have had him in for full grooms a few times in the past and they did a good job. I appreciated the groomer Kristen working me in for a mini groom on a Sunday. However, upon returning home, after he was there for over two hours, i saw that his paws had not been trimmed or his nails trimmed which i had to do myself, ( not as good). When making the appt in person I had asked her to repeat what the mini groom entailed, i was told the eye area trimmed, the paws and pads would be trimmed, and a sanitary cut so that I would understand what he would have done until there was an available full groom appointment, which now there are none until August. i was charged $60 and didn’t get all of what I was told i would get. She did nicely explain while initially making the appt that they were down groomers and their appts were full for two months. I will have to look for another company as my Papillion’s fur gets matted quickly even with brushing and bathing by me when the fur is long.
