  We have been lucky that things have just been routine check-ups, but staff and vets are all very nice and accommodating and offer a great discount on medication through their site, as well as great reminders for appointments and for tests, which makes things super easy.

  My cat Timmy and I had a wonderful experience at Aptos Creekside Pet Hospital. Our first visit there and everyone was kind, caring and professional. Very reasonable pricing. Well-staffed. Easy on and off the freeway location. Plenty of parking. We both highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs 😻

  Recently moved back to town and wanted to get the pup established w a vet in town. Called and asked receptionist how much initial visit and Bordetella vaccine would be. Them: “Well the “new patient” initial visit would be 2-3 weeks out and $95. But the price of the vaccine won’t be determined until after the doctor has seen the dog in the initial visit”. Me; Ummm…what? Me: “so you’re saying you won’t tell me the price of the vaccine until AFTER the $95 exam?” Them: “that is correct” Me: “so the vaccine could be $50 or it could be $1000 but I won’t know that until I’ve already paid $95 and have to book ANOTHER appointment to get the vax?” Them: “correct” Me: ok, goodbye. NEVER in my life full of animals and Vet’s have I ever experienced this. Guess they must be wealthy enough that they can pick and choose who they want to price gouge. Mind blowing.

  When it came to end of life services, they were super caring and comforting. They treated us with so much compassion. As hard as it was saying goodbye to my furry loved one, they made it a little easier by walking us through the step by step process of what they were going to do and let our family grieve for as long as we needed. What stood out in addition to their gentle ways, was that they gave my family and I a card offering their condolences when we went back for my cat's ashes. No one likes having to come in to say goodbye, but their little gestures help ease the pain and let us know they're here for us! ❤️

  First visit with Dr. Molly Tackabury was fantastic! She took her time, explained options we hadn’t heard before and helped calm down one of our nervous pups. Cute office and very friendly / helpful staff. Very happy to have found our new vet :)
