  It’s always difficult to see your pet in pain. We went in with a broken nail on our Giant schnauzer Raja. She was treated with the utmost care. Virgil attended to her and us by explaining everything and updating us on the progress. The Doctor was patient and very good at answering questions. Five stars for customer service and care.

  Don't come here...... please check around before bringing your animals here, this place will take every penny, from you..... service is slow, pricing is way more expensive here..... for what you get out of here....I would never bring another animal here..... and will continue to tell others to look somewhere else...... I really feel bad for the older people that bring there animals here.... they are ripping them off big time... and up pricing on services.

  Appointment times are irrelevant as I waited 2 hours passed my initial appointment time. Another date for Surgery and different instructions from vet than the release assistant. Told to pick up at 4:30 after surgery and it took an hour to get my dog. Tried to sell me medication I already purchased previously with an additional medication. Watch the bill to be sure it's what was quoted. Overheard clients complaining that additional charges were added. Mine was just a $35 medication that I brought to their attention and they corrected. Cherry eye surgery for my Cane Corso went well though so I believe the vet is good.

  Wait time to start is outrageous. Over an hour to pick up my dog when they called and said she was ready. Once I get here the up charged me on medication that I already paid for when I told them that I already paid for it they added another one right there on the spot just to get more money out of me. Crazy thing is while I was there the lady before me in line had the same thing done to her and they tried to charge her around $200 extra from what they said her bill was 30 min prior on the phone before she got there. Then a 3rd time with the gentleman behind me has 2 cat with separate issues for coming in but they told him both his cats needed the same medication and tried to charge him for both cats when he brought it up to the receptionist they said oh they didn't know why it was there. IMO they try to charge people for stuff that isn't needed every chance they get. I will not be coming back here. If you do come here check you bill before you pay. 3 people in a row all with the same upcharge issue seems more then coincidence!!!

  Took my 4 year old German Shepherd for skin issues. Hot spots, biting, allergy. First visit was exam, cytopoint injection, antibiotics, and steroid prescription. My dog was doing good the next 2 weeks. Seemed like he was healing. Was told to bring him back in 2 weeks for re exam. At the end of his meds his condition started to return. Brought him in. Staff didn't know why we were there. I had to go over every detail with them. Waited an hour to be seen. The Doctor asked questions. Never even examined him. We had basic shots administered for licensing. No refill of meds. His condition has returned. Tried getting his meds refilled over the phone. Was told to pick them up in the morning. I asked the employee to call me to verify that the meds were approved by the Doctor. She never did. Drove all the way out there and the meds were never filled. The Doctor put on his chart needed new exam. What a bunch of wasted time. Very unprofessional. A simple phone call could have saved so much wasted time and driving. I will not be going back there. I spent thousands there from previous visits when I first got my Shepherd. They dont care about you. Its just a money pit with poor customer service. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere. I am. While my dog suffers because of their incompetence.
