  "I am incredibly disappointed and hurt by the lack of care at Bear Valley. They were my dog's primary veterinarian, yet when I brought her in during a medical emergency while she was having active seizures, they refused to see her because they were 'too busy.' As a primary care clinic, turning away a loyal patient in a life-threatening crisis is unacceptable. We trusted them with our dog's health, and they failed us when we needed them most.

  This place is not good just go down the hill to the vets in grand Terrance. I came here to just see if my cat had worms. I wanted to pay for the 130 package. Well they did not even do anything in the 130 package and charge me 110 just to test for felv combo test. It’s cheaper down the hill and the vets down the hill will test for worms right then and there. I showed up at 9:40 am and did not leave till 1:40pm. Was there all day to not even get anything done in the package.

  I don't know how this place got 4.2 stars obviously someone is lying. There prices are over the top expensive and the wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 11am it's 12:30 all the pet needed was a darn shot. They made sure they got their payment tho!

  After seeing the vet for a regular check up, I waited over 40 minutes in the small hot room before I had to get someone so I can get my dog shots and pay. It’s ridiculous and that cost me $200

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The only positive thing I got out of this experience was the cute recovery suit for my cat. Before my cat's spay appointment, I was given the total cost of the procedure. I dropped her off that morning and approved a few additional services I had already planned for, so I was prepared for those charges. However, when I arrived to pick her up, they added an unexpected $127.75 fee, claiming my cat was pregnant. My cat has never been outside. She has been strictly indoors since she was 3 weeks old, and the only other animal in my home is my 8-year-old neutered dog. Despite explaining this to them, they were dismissive and made me feel like I was the one being unreasonable. I spoke with three different employees, and all of them insisted there was nothing they could do except offer a 10% discount (about $40...it doesn't add up to me). They were adamant that my cat was pregnant because the veterinarian, Dr. Efren Zuniga, claimed she was about one week pregnant with twins, saying they were "the size of a pea." At the same time, they also admitted it could have been a pregnancy, which only made the situation more confusing. After I insisted on speaking directly with the veterinarian, they suddenly decided to remove the pregnancy charge at the doctor's request. Overall, I felt like they tried to overcharge me and then gaslight me into believing they were right while insisting there was nothing they could do. Only after I pushed to speak with the veterinarian was the charge removed. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
