- SCSusan ChristensenAug 13, 20265.0We have an older dog, Albert E, and Fitz who just turned one. Though they each have specific needs and energy level, they are both at ease with Sara, the vet, and staff. Neither display anxiety with their visits. Albert E is thriving under Dr. Sara's care at over 16 years old. Since being on medication the last few months for heart failure, he is spunky and more interactive than he has been in years. The individualized care for these very different dogs has proven effective and reassuring.

- JPJanet PennJul 2, 20265.0I started going to this vet just because they were close to my house. When you generally have healthy animals and very few vet bills, being close was all that mattered. Now I have a dog w/ major health issues and not only do I have a vet that is close, but also professional and knowledgeable. They have an excellent front office staff. April is the best and I'm always grateful when I show up and I see her there because I know she will always know what is going on--front office, back office, with the vets, etc. A few years ago, it was hard to get the appt I wanted but I think they have now at least two vets, so it is much more easier. I honestly feel my dogs and cats are in very good hands. On a side note, I was waiting for my dog to be checked in for the day and it was taking a bit longer than my dog wanted to wait so I was going to take him outside to go pee. I had to walk through he entire store to get out and there was an vet tech that passed us, and she knew my dog and called him by name '(hey Brick') and that made me fee so good. That is personal service.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
