  Not only did we never even get to see the vet, but they misdiagnosed my dog/best friend and charged us over $2,000 worth of medication that was all useless. He ended up having cancer and needing to get out to sleep unfortunately but we didn’t know until we went to a different hospital that only charged us a fraction of the cost and was much better at their job. This hospital said that all he had was an allergic reaction. They didnt even give us enough ointment for what they thought my dog had, and then wanted to charge us another $50 for a tub that would last 2 days when i found the exact same ointment online for $5 for the same size. They ALSO us AI to help with their diagnosis process which is incredibly frustrating that they even need those tools to do their job for them. Im tired of vets pushing and overcharging for unnecessary things and this one is no different. Please look for a different one that actually cares about ur furry family members. I will never recommend this place to anybody. We’ve had much better experiences elsewhere.

  My son just took sniper his beautiful lab, we had him since born, we were charged 2,025 I asked if they would at least wave $25 make it $2,000 they said NO immediately and gave him medication for allergies and said lab work came out fine. After a week we went to a vet in murrieta because snipers health declined (they were amazing 100 angels in murrieta) but sniper is going to dog heaven he has cancer :( Applevalley animal hospital I’m so sad there’s actually places like this just want money and doesn’t care at all

  Excellent animal Hospital. I came with my very ill dog. And from the front desk to the doctor and nurses they were ALL so kind and understanding. Very honest diagnosis and caring.

  The Dr's here are all great and while im sad we wont get to see Dr Jessen or Dr Seltzer anymore, the manger & upper mangement needs a huge overhaul. I have spent $1,000's of dollars in blood work & testing per Dr recommendations and now they refuse to refill the medication because they want more exams done. When everything is coming back completely normal, with the exception of monthly bloodwork showing the liver is elevated which the medication is doing its job and lowering it.. but they’ve pressured me into ultrasounds, xrays & more 🤔 soo deny the medication because you want the Dr to physically look at him and charge me $150 for that. The Dr also told me that my pet would be on this medication long term and that as long as its working theres no need for monthly blood work.

  Prior experience with the male vet, he muzzled our great dane. I asked for a female vet. She got upset and wanted muzzle, we got up and left. Might have been better if she had some kind of bedside manner.
