- JMJessica MusniJun 28, 20261.0This was my first time here I had scheduled an appointment online for my cat who had a swollen jaw from a tooth falling out when I arrived to drop him off a staff member told me she canceled his appointment because they don’t treat broken jaws I tried to explain that my cat’s jaw wasn’t broken he had a swollen jaw from a tooth falling out and when making the appointment online there wasn’t an option to choose dental care. She then stood there silently then persisted to tell me she called me and left a message (26 minutes before my appointment). I believe that was unprofessional. They had optimal time to call and the way this was handled showed me this particular staff member didn’t care for my pet. I wish I had a better experience here as I have been recommended to this pet hospital, I hope if I go to a different location the staff will be more helpful and professional.

We even received the text confirmation for the visit. We thought maybe we messed up when booking the appt so went back to their website and it showed availability so we rebooked and went back in and asked if they could see the appt. It was at that time the front desk person said they were having KNOWN issues with their website. Not sure why we weren't told that initially as we told her we scheduled it online. Ultimately gave us the runaround so ended up finding another available vet. Call and book an appointment to avoid issues

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
